For breakfast I had müsli with some rice milk and a glass of water
For lunch I had to take something quick to go, and these were the only thing I had for lunch. I usually eat a lot more
For Dinner I had salad with chili, fish eggs and oysters.
What I used for this dish:
– 1/2 pack of frozen broccoli
– parsley
– 1/2 pack of mushrooms
– 250 g beef
– 1 pack of mornay sauce
I started of with boiling the broccoli for 3 min.
Then I heated the meat.
Heat the mushrooms until golden.
Then I took the water from the broccoli away and into the meat, and chopped it into smaller pieces.
In goes the Mornay sauce.
Then the parsley and the mushrooms. And then you are ready to eat.
You can also add some spices into this lovely dish, and maybe use chicken or something else to it.
First thing I did was, take a blender.
and blend the cabbage.
Then I blended the carrots and celery.
And the onion. And warmed it in a pot.
Then I took the tomato paste in the pot with salt and pepper.
And chili.
Then I let it boil for 15 min.
While the rice also boiled.
Preheat the oven 180 degrees, hot air. Blend oats in a blender til it looks like flour.
Mix oats flour with all the dry ingredients.
Put butter and yogurt in a blender and blend it.
Put it in the dry ingredients with the grated carrot.
Whip the eggs until it’s light and airy in another bowl with a hand mixer.
Turn the eggs and chokolate softly together with the dough with a spatula.
Put the dough in the muffin cups. I had some leftover dough, so I made 6 cookies.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Bon appetit 😀
