smashed veggies (vegan)

For this dish, I used:

  • a half sweet potato
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 potatos
  • soy milk
  • salt and peber


The first I did was to cut the veggies and boiled them, without salt.


Then I took the veggiesin a blender woth some salt and peber,


and some soy milk.


It was very good!!
