smoothie bowl (vegan)

for this dish I used:

– handfull of spinach

– 3 tea spoons of chia seeds

– 1 cup of oats

– 2 frozen bananas

– frozen blueberries

– frozen strawberries

– half a lime


After I blended the smoothie, I topped it with coconut flakes, sunflower seeds and some sesame seeds.
